According to grounded people, "We've used premium recycled cotton to produce the canvas upper, while the insoles are made with bio-latex foam that isn’t just super comfy, but also biodegradable. The sole of the shoe is made from a natural, vulcanized latex that is as durable as it is ecological. Then we marry classic good looks with some modern twists like metal D-ring eyelets and a zip back."
