The purpose of Get It Vegan is to help you discover outstanding vegan-friendly and cruelty free products which are all available on Amazon and through other select vendors, as well as to explore advice and information relating to veganism.

Get It Vegan is not responsible for accuracy, usefulness, safety or intellectual property rights of or relating to any products posted on this site from Amazon, or any other vendor.
Get It Vegan’s Responsibility
Get It Vegan’ will under no circumstances be liable for offensive, inaccurate or defective content and/or product recommendations related to the Site’s content and comments of its members.
Get It Vegan cannot monitor all comments made to the site, but will still, however, reserve the right to delete any comments that are obscene, offensive or otherwise objectionable in keeping up the standards of the Site, at its sole discretion. If Get It Vegan chooses to edit or remove a comment, it does not assume full responsibility of the content of the particular post.
Prices from Amazon and other vendors may fluctuate over time. Get It Vegan will not be responsible for price accuracy on listed products featured on the Site. Get It Vegan will also not be responsible for product availability, purchasing from Amazon and other vendors, and subsequent shipping, distribution and customer service.
Visitor and Member Responsibility
Members of and visitors to Get It Vegan must adhere to certain standards of behaviour. You agree not to post or otherwise make:
- Posts or comments that harass, degrade, intimidate or are hateful toward an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;
- Posts or comments that include personal or identifying information about another person without that person’s explicit consent.
- Posts or comments that infringe any proprietary rights, including copyright, of any party, or Postings that you do not have a right to make available;
- Posts or comments that are unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, libelous, or invasive of another’s privacy, or harmful to minors in any way;
- Posts or comments that relate to products that are pornographic in nature.
- Posts or comments that restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Web Site
User Materials
You acknowledge that any comment, article, image, photo, or other form of content (“Materials”) submitted for posting are selected entirely at the discretion of Get It Vegan. You acknowledge and agree that Get It Vegan shall have no obligation to post, display or otherwise make publicly available any Materials submitted by you, and may, in its sole discretion, remove, edit, modify or delete any photo, information, or other content that you submit to the Site.
By submitting any Materials to Get It Vegan, you represent that the submitted photo or information does not and shall not infringe on any copyright, any rights of privacy or publicity of any person, or any other right of any third party, and you have the right to grant any and all rights and licenses granted to Get It Vegan.
You understand and intend that any Materials submitted by you to Get It Vegan may be available for viewing, rating, review and comment on by the public, and understand that comments or ratings with which you disagree or are unhappy about may be published or otherwise become associated with any photo, content, or information you submit to the Site.
Intellectual Property
The contents of the Site are protected by Canadian, U.S. and International copyright and trademark laws. The contents of the Site are owned by or licensed to Get It Vegan or its affiliates.

You may copy, or download, and print a limited amount of content, for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided that (a) you include, without modification, all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the content, (b) you do not modify the content, (c) you do not use the content in a manner that suggests Get It Vegan or getitvegan.com promotes or endorses your, or any third party’s, causes, ideas, web sites, products or services, and (d) you do not use the content in any way that is unlawful or harmful to any other person or entity.
In addition, you may use apps, widgets and tools on the Site that allow selected User Materials to appear on your mobile device, personal, noncommercial web site, weblog or other application, subject to the conditions in the preceding sentence.
No quotes from any material on the Site may be used in any media without attribution to getitvegan.com. Any other use of Site content requires prior written permission from Get It Vegan.

The content found on Get It Vegan may reference or link to third-party sites throughout the World Wide Web. Furthermore, the Site may automatically produce search results that reference or link to third-party sites throughout the World Wide Web. Get It Vegan has no control over these sites or the content within them. Get It Vegan cannot guarantee, represent, or warrant that the content contained in these sites is accurate, legal, and/or inoffensive.
Get It Vegan does not endorse the content of any third-party site, nor do we warrant that it will not contain viruses or otherwise impact your computer. By using the Site to search for or link to another site, you agree and understand that you may not make any claim against Get It Vegan for any damages or losses, whatsoever, resulting from your use of the Site to obtain search results or to link to another site.

If a product image is disclosed as a third party vendor’s exclusive intellectual property, it will be removed immediately upon request sent directly to info(at)getitvegan.com.
Right to Terminate
Get It Vegan reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, discontinue or terminate the Site, or to modify these Terms, at any time and without prior notice. Get It Vegan may terminate or suspend any and all services provided to you, as well as the termination or suspension of your getitvegan.com account immediately, without prior notice at any time and for any reason. All provisions of these Terms of Use shall survive termination, including, without limitation, intellectual property ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Indemnity
By your use of this Site, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get It Vegan, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, customers, vendors, officers and employees from any liability, damage or cost (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and cost) from (i) any claim or demand made by any third party related to or arising from your access to the Site, use of the services available on the site, violation of these Terms of Use, or the infringement by you, or any third party using your account or Site User ID, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
